Ecclesiastes 3:11

"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."

This verse is like a breath of fresh air to my heart. How about you? I mean, I know I'm not alone.

I made some really poor decisions back in January.

Thought it was a good idea to listen to news, documentaries, sermons, language podcasts, etc. in three different languages...

....for almost 8 hours every day....

...about 7 months straight...

Then I sort of crashed....

No. I crashed.

The information itself wasn't bad...I just didn't take time to digest it all.

Nor did I find ways to express my opinions on certain events....

Lately, I've been sitting on this verse and trying to accept, that time belongs to God.

He's the Alpha and Omega.

Do I have eternity set in my heart?

Do I spend enough time remembering what Jesus Christ has done for me?

No, I can't fathom...

Prayers, thoughts, updates for October 16, 2020:

-  Praises for new challenges! I've been moved to a new team that finally allows me to use Japanese and also lots of reading/writing/translating for Chinese/English/Japanese.
-  Please pray for opportunities to care for and demonstrate love of Christ at my company  :)
-  For the Holy Spirit's guidance, there has been at least 2 individuals per week asking to meet.
-  God has been gracious and the Women's Small Group has continued throughout this pandemic. Please continue to pray for the current 9 ladies as we wrap up the year, and also pray for new discipleship opportunities.
